Currently annoyed about Amendment 1 passing here in Florida. Because of it, the job market for Law Enforcement is nill. All the departments here had their budgets cut, so people can save maybe 200$ a year in taxes. It is complete bullshit. Politicians are cutting the money from Emergency Services, Libraries, and Education. So, because of that cops, who already get paid nothing are not getting a raise this year. And so, of course nobody is hiring. I am forced to work retail now till someone opens up. And I have a fucking wedding to plan. Ugg, fuck stupid people voting yes on Amendment 1, and fuck politicians.
Currently reading The Religion by Tim Willocks. I am enjoying it so far. It's about the Turkish seige of Malta in 1565 and the Knights of St. John, who defended the island.
